Essentially what happens is a conversation about coaching (and how Marvin Lewis still manages to have a job...somehow), what Phil "Philsimms" Simms is up to, and then the Guys make predictions for who is going to win every division, and make the Wildcard spots, who is going to the Super Bowl, who is going to surprise, disappoint, and which fan bases should prepare themselves for a thoroughly awful year.
